Thank you. You are absolutely right, seeing and feeling the difference is amazing. The extra confidence it gives is fantastic and worth all of the sacrifices. How much have you lost on lipotrim? Have you any plans on how to maintain? X ive done a mix of lipotrim and 5:2 going fr0m 12st7 to 10st 9lb (nearly 2stones!!) m signature has more infor but 2 weeks on lipo ive lost 11lbs if you go to my diary in members sectiobn 'goose has got to get to goal' on page 5 i have all my old lipotrim stats for my last 2 goes on it x i plan on 5:2 and CC to maintain, i didnt do well at maintaing last time so need to nail it this time!! Wow, you have done really well. I'll come an find your diary:) x

Boiling here too but not as hot as in England thankfully! Sounds like you had a great day shopping, what a treat to enjoy buying clothes for a change! Enjoy today and stay strong! It makes such a difference to actually enjoy choosing things rather than thinking it will do. I do spend a lot more money when I'm slimmer though!

Sorry, I haven't had time to write much over the past few days. It's been crazy at work and I haven't been getting home until late. 5 more shifts before holiday. In 2 weeks time we'll be on a plane an it can't come soon enough now. Thursday was hard as I really wanted the strawberries we picked and then whilst my friend had a lovely looking tuna melt baguette I had a coke zero and a bottle of water. It was tough! I did have a slice of cheese with my sausage pack later which helped stop my from straying too much. Friday was easier but 2 chocolates were eaten and then yesterday I gave myself a talking to and I was fine. Today is going well so far as I'm going to make the pizza again for dinner followed by a chocolate pudding. Lunch will either be a pancake or porridge.

Have you been there before? x We got married in the south of the island 7 years ago and loved it. This time we are going to the north as apparently it's more family orientated. It's crazy that the only reason we're going is it was comin up as the same price as 2 weeks half board in Cyprus! School holiday prices are crazy. I've found the cheese really helps me say no to the other stuff on offer X

Sounds like you're doing a great job in difficult circumstances, well done! Thank you. I feel like ever diet has its challenges and you have to find a way of dealing with the temptation. I really like the fact that on a vcld I've said no far more than I would have done on slimming world but on the odd occasion where a chocolate or cupcake has been consumed I haven't binged. This is a big breakthrough for me:) x

I had a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and I'm 3lbs down with 2 days left until weigh in. I had 2 mushrooms and a small amount of grated cheese on my pizza last night and felt satisfied enough to sit next to an open box of chocolate truffles and not be tempted by them once:) I'm loving how healthy and awake I'm feeling on this diet. Yes, it can e tough but so can any diet but the benefits far outweigh the negatives. Even my husband says I'm happier and more vibrant and he wasn't too impressed when I ordered my packs of exante. Today's meals are Cookies and cream bar Curry pack Pizza with a small amount of grated cheese. 45 minutes on the cross trainer.

Your doing much better than me with the temptations!! I find that if I try give in once thinking it won't do any harm it can sometime open the floodgates for more cheating n then bingeing

I do find that if my motivation isn't high I dare not let myself have a treat as there is no way I will get back on track after.

I ate out last night as my friend has just broken up with her long term boyfriend and needed a bit of a chat. We went to a lovely restaurant on the banks of the river cam. It was so nice sitting watching the rowers in the evening sun. I had 2pieces of sea bass on a bed of, mussels, spinach, mushrooms, and a thin layer of new potatoes. Followed by a salted caramel choc pot. It was amazing but I couldn't finish it all. I didn't touch the bread basket and steered clear of the wine I am going to weigh tomorrow instead of today so that the food isn't sitting in my stomach. Back on track today with 10 days left to get rid of some weight. If I could lose another 3-4lbs I'll be very happy.

I'm so tired today. It's the result of a crazy week at work and I'm really suffering today. On the plus side when I'm tired I don't want to eat. Even forcing down my cookies and cream bar was a struggle. I'm really going to find it difficult to eat 2 more packs today. All of my holiday clothes now fit and I feel comfortable in my bikini and costumes. I've decided that on holiday I'm going to be sensible and try to eat low carb. Yes, I'll have treats and a few cocktails but I don't need to eat the entire contents of the buffet to enjoy myself. I know I'll put on weight but I want to try and avoid the carb bloat as much as possible.
