Yesterday didn't go to plan. Someone was leaving yesterday and brought in boxes full of cakes. My willpower didn't last long and 1 cupcake was consumed! It was only after i'd eaten it I looked at the calories. 400! For 1 cupcake and it made me feel sick. Lesson definitely learnt. I didn't get a break for the rest of the day so nothing else was eaten until I got home at 9 and had a pack. I still only ate 600 calories and luckily I'm still in ketosis but I'm worried about stepping on the scales today after eating high sugar, high carb food.

Weighed in at 11.4lb so a 7lb loss I'm really happy with that and it's made a difference to how I look. I'm currently wearing a size 10 dress and my size 12 denim trousers fit again. Most of the bloat has gone and I feel fantastic. I'm prepared for a low loss this week as my body adjusts but even if I lose 2lbs I'll be happy. I have 2 1/2 weeks to get under the 11 stone barrier which I should do. I'm going to incorporate more exercise this week, now that my body is used to the low calories which usually helps my losses. Have a good day every one.

You are absolutely right, seeing and feeling the difference is amazing. The extra confidence it gives is fantastic and worth all of the sacrifices. How much have you lost on lipotrim? Have you any plans on how to maintain? X

Morning Wow, it's still so hot here! I had a lovely day yesterday and in part it was down to the nice loss. After going to all of Sophia's groups I went shopping for holiday. Usually this puts me in an awful mood as I can't find anything that I like when I try it on. However, yesterday I bought loads of lovely clothes that all fit and best of all I feel good in them. I even bought a bikini top and matching shorts (I'm not brave enough for bikini bottoms after having 2 children) Food for yesterday was a cookies and cream bar when out and about followed by moussaka and a chocolate pudding. We're off strawberry picking today with friends which will be hard as I love strawberries.

Being able to buy clothes that you actually like is one of the great rewards of losing weight isn't it.
Have fun today Louise x
