So I survived the picnic I ate a ham and egg salad for 146cals and drank water and coke zero. When we went for cake and coffee I had a black filter coffee and even threw away Sophia's half eaten pot of icecream. Tomorrow is my first day at work following exante and I'm a little bit nervous. I think I'll take 2 soups and have another pack when I get home.

I feel full of energy and my hunger has disappeared so I'm hoping I'm in ketosis. I've just eaten the curry and rice which was really nice followed by the salted caramel pudding. I loved this, I don't feel deprived at the moment and think the puddings as my 3rd pack of the day is what's going to keep me on track. I've ordered 2 boxes of chocolate puddings as its bogof at the moment

Well done on resisting the carbs today Louise. Sounds like ketosis has arrived for you too. Things should start to get a little easier now x

I'm not going to lie, today is hell! There are 2 open boxes of m&s biscuits on the desk one of our lovely Drs has bought and the smell is driving me mad. I won't give in as I can be stubborn when I want to be! Everytime i get tempted To eat one I have more water which seems to be working at the moment. If I can get through today without eating them I will be fine on other work days. I've just had my first pack of the day which was the ham and mushroom pasta. Nice and comforting and people in the staff room have said how nice it smells. (They don't know it's exante) If I can make it through the rest of the day without having my soup I might make the pancakes as a dessert for my moussaka when I get home.

Well done on your will power, always keep your goals in mind when temptation rears its head. You are making the food packs sound tempting, might venture onto them in my next order.

It is a trial when goodies are lying around. We always have chocs, biscuits & cake at work. On weak days I chop up a bar & have a bit when ever temptation comes along. All that water will be flushing the fat cells away, much better than biscuits at the moment x

I managed to resist and felt very proud of myself walking to the car park. I had the moussaka (bland but with a bit of spice added will be ok) followed by the maple syrup pancakes. (Tasty, if you've ever followed sw and made magic pancakes the texture is the same) My stomach is feeling flatter already and my work trousers were definitely looser today:)
