Day 6 today and all is well. Just had my banana shake which was lovely. My thighs feel less chafe-y today!!!

Glad you are still doing well. I am on day 6 today (a day behind you) its going ok, still a bit hungry at times though. But not too bad and I am sticking with it. Had a nice peanut bar for my supper today. I worked out I will run out of savoury meals before the end of my 4 weeks and I may order some more as I like having one every day.

Erm. so I fell off the wagon today, but will brush myself down and get back on it tomorrow. Pah! Day 1 for me tomorrow lol!

Even though you may have gained some water weight back any fat loss is probably still there so even though you may not lose as many lbs this week once you get the water off you will be going strong again.

Erm.... still not back on it. I'm not too worried about it though as I know when I get focussed, I really will get on it. I'm not sure the school summer holidays are the best time to embark upon it, so I might wait until the kids go back which is in 2 weeks. Or if I can manage a few days here and there, I'll be fine with that too.

So I weighed in this morning at 12.9. That's a stone on since May. So I'm trying to get back on it and if I can't manage VLCD 100% then I will try alternating a VLCD day with a 1000-1200 calorie day. Pah!

I'm easing myself back into it from today. So I've had:
1 x coffee with milk 1 x tea with milk 2l water 1 x ginger tea
Chocolate heavenly milkshake (lovely) Atkins bat Exante pizza. (Okay but I'll make it differently next time) with 2 tomatoes, tablespoon coleslaw and tablespoon potato salad
Not brilliant but not bad either.

I've just taken a delivery of Saint and Slimmers products plus have a lot of Exante products too. I like a huge variety and love trying out new products so I don't get bored. The plan for today is to have 3 packs and force myself to have one of my least liked Exante packs. Probably the strawberry shake. Grrrr - I really resent it!!!!

It was a good day except I couldn't bring myself to have one of my not so nice packs!!!
Exante banana shake Saint and skimmers Mexican tacos Saints and skimmers bar Saint and skimmers crisps
I've had loads of water and I'm never away from the toilet!!! But I'm day 3 today.
