I hope so but I did manage to eat it, but felt a bit sick after. It was the texture I didn't like most though so cooking it differently might help. Anyway I had the Indian Curry for tea and that was really nice. It's day 3 for me and I am a bit up and down. Felt good this morning, sickish after the porridge for a bit then felt a bit tired and hungry before tea. I am hoping I will feel better again tomorrow.

To be honest I haven't ordered the porridges as was disappointed by the Cambridge ones. Perhaps I cooked them wrongly but you could have welded aeroplane parts together with it. It was so sticky. Bleurgh!
I'm glad the Indian Curry was quite nice. I'm drawing up a little list of things to try so I might put that on the list. Personally, I think day 3 is the worst day and it gets a little better from here. I have been putting ground linseed in my shakes (a tip from someone on this site) and it has definitely helped to make me feel less hungry.

Not sure if there's a difference fibre wise with the bars (not at home at the moment so can't check) I just prefer the cereal ones. I started this diet not expecting to like anything so hae been pleasantly surprised by everything (only bars and shakes I should say) It has helped me to see food more as a fuel than a treat or a reward or whatever which will hopefully stand me in good stead for the future.

Kittybling, you are doing so well, and you've only got 20lbs to go! That's fabulous. It is incredible at how little we can survive on isn't it (provided of course, that it is the right sort of food).

Had a vanilla shake to finish off the day. I think I can conclude that slim and save's shakes have a better taste to them than exante, but I'll persevere. Maybe I've just picked the wrong flavours.

It is annoying when you try something and it is not very nice as it is your only food for the day, and I can't really afford to waste the food. I am worried about the eggs now, as I am a bit funny about eggs, hopefully they will be ok. I do like having a savoury meal each day though and the Indian Curry is definitely worth trying if you like curry.

Having a savoury meal each day definitely breaks it up a bit, and psychologically will probably help us to stick to the diet for longer. I'll definitely try the curry as I do like the flavours of a curry. What was your final pack today?

My last pack was a chocolate orange cereal bar, quite nice but a tiny bit cardboardy. I had a bit of a craving for crisps again this evening but managed to stick to drinks. How do you feel after your lunch. I am trying to stay 100% t.s for now but I think you can get good losses with some real food if you stay low carb.

I feel fine after my lunch. I wasn't worried about it, as it's early days and I feel very focussed so I was comfortable with whatever I chose. As long as I got straight back on it I knew I'd be fine. What day is it tomorrow? I think it's day 5 for me. I still haven't weighed myself yet and don't feel inclined to until my clothes feel a lot looser.

I am on day 4 feeling a bit tired and weak, hope this goes soon. Also have a bit of a headache must try to drink a bit more. I had the coconut shake this morning and it was nice. I am thinking of having the sausage mix for tea. It seems a bit plain on its own though, might have another noodles or rice instead. I am going to weigh after a week, being quite good as I like to weigh 3 times a day normally.

Gosh you have been good then not weighing in! Well done!
I'm tempted to have the sausage mix today too, I was going to have it this morning but it needs 4-5 minutes standing time and decided that I couldn't be bothered so had a chocolate shake with a spoonful of coffee in it instead. I might have mine with a cheeky dollop of ketchup.
Definitely try to drink some more to try to get rid of your headache and take it easy today. Tomorrow should be easier for you I hope.

Just had the sausage mix, which is definitely my favourite pack yet. I really enjoyed it.

An Atkins bar to end the day. I think that's day 5 over and done with. Hope everybody else's day has been okay.

I had the sausage mix too, it is really nice, very tasty and I was expecting it to be really bland by the look of it. I just had to put something with it though so added a handful of spinach leaves. I also had the coconut shake which was nice and just had the chocolate cookie that was great, moist and chocolatey. So liked all three meals yay. Also feeling a bit better this evening, drinking loads and trying to take it fairly easy.
