Sorry it's not something I've experienced either. I had a sore from the iPod holder I used on my arm and that was painful enough!

The f's are a bit big so I stepped down to the e and one of the e's chafed my left boob/armpit area the second time I wore it. I have noticed there are seams on the inside and I wonder whether I didn't position my boob inside the bra properly before setting off?

It might be - those bras look fine for running. I always kind of reposition then once I've put it on because they can get all squished in the wrong place. And you are quite busty so it's important everything is in the right place! Has it happened since? Xx

And you are quite busty so it's important everything is in the right place! Has it happened since? Xx Thanks cat. It hasn't happened since but I purchased some body glide and made sure I slathered it liberally around the affected area before a run. I then made sure the boobs were securely fastened in before setting off. I've been wearing the larger cup bras the past few days though and even wore a larger back size/smaller cup the first day after or happened. Will brave a 32e again tomorrow. It looks absolutely disgusting though - I hope I don't scar How often do you all run? I'm finding three times a week is getting really hard for me with personal training and 7 day working weeks of ridiculous shifts. I may need to step down to twice a week. Was supposed to go today but I'm too stiff and tired from PT yesterday!

Hey!
I'm a (not very recent) Couch 2 5 K Graduate... started running last October and absolutely loved it! Was running 5ks monthly (and maybe 2-3ks 2/3 times a week) up until March this year when I fell off the fitness wagon!
I have missed running tonnes and am hoping to get going again once I've lost a bit more weight (have recently put 2 stone on) and joining a gym and perhaps starting again on the treadmill (still a bit too self concious to get out pounding the streets again I think)

The streets are waiting for you!

Hello, Most people who go on “low” carbohydrate diet complain of low energy and quit, not because such diets can’t work, but because they consume insufficient calories. You guy will be happy to know that I have reduced 12 kgs in few months with the help of slimming pills and fat burners . Thanks, Sam

I don't find you a genuine poster at all. This thread is not to promote quick fix pills, it's for those of us fueling our bodies and managing weight with FOOD and working really hard on our fitness.
