Back again. ? Knee is much better. It often gives me trouble if I have to sit with restricted leg room so two flights and a theatre visit didn't help. Also averaged 20+thousand steps a day while away so had a proper rest when I got back. Went out on Sunday for a run but only managed 16 mins as the grass was being cut and a tree cut down in the park area I run in. Hay fever got the better of me. Today I managed week 9 run 1 so my first 30 mins! Given my lack of running recently it was tough going but so chuffed with myself.

I'm wanting to restart the c35k did it a while ago but just stopped for no reason. Was hoping to start again today but it's 37 degrees here and there is no way I'm running in this heat. So hoping for cooler temp tomorrow.

I did go for a walk today, was out for nearly 2hrs, felt like I was melting, was 34 here today cooler than yesterday, which was just a joke. Hoping to go running tomorrow morning, if I can drag myself out of bed. What app you using. I've got the NHS one. X

Been doing the Cooper Test lately - best time for the 1.5 miles is 11.23. Anyone else doing this ?

I do it every month or so. Unsure how accurate the percentiles are but its a manageable, memorable distance for doing time challenges and getting faster. Here you go: I'm at 11.30ish or something - and I'm 35yo woman :-)

Serious question guys. I did week 6 run 2 of C25K today and my left boob (outside edge near my armpit) has chafed something terrible. I have no idea why! I bought 2 new panache sports bras in a smaller cup size last week but they are definitely the right size. I've worn this smaller size bra once before without chafing so what the hell has happened today?! Anyone have any tips/tricks?

No never that this but mine are not that big - b cup. Can you post a pic of the bra so I can see what it's like? You don't have to be in it obvs!! :-)
