35 minutes of Wii Fit done. I'll do my barbell when it cools down.
Decided to change it up a little today and I did a 20 minute run on my cross trainer instead of the barbell tonight. I enjoyed it and legs feel "worked out" too

40 mins on the Wii Fit U done, 30 mins of Hula Hoop and 10 mins of stepping. Feeling like I should do more but keep feeling sick so will wait til it goes off x

Today I've done 20 mins cross trainer, 20 mins barbell and 33 mins hula hooping

Right I've done 20 mins Hula Hoop, 10 mins arm workout & 10 mins cross trainer. Going to be upping the time over the week as don't want to over do it when I'm starting back.

Have done an hour's walk today and a lot of housework again. Feeling a lot better and hope to have lost some pounds by WI day. However, with having done some weight training, I'm expecting either a STS or a false "gain" but I won't worry too much as it always does that when I start with the barbell. 6,121 steps

Not doing a good job at keeping this thread updated, I'm too busy updating my spreadsheet to do this properly. Another walk today and yesterday, roughly 6000 steps each day. Done 18,300 steps in 4 days so pleased with that.
