Done a load of walking and 40 minutes on the home gym today. I'm feeling set up for another good week of working out

I've done 45 minutes on my home gym, combined with my Pump FX dvd workout with the barbell. 360 leg curls done and I'm feeling pretty pleased with that today

Arrrgh forgot to fill this in the last few days!
1st July - rest day 2nd July - 35 mins barbell/leg curls & 30 mins Hula Hoop 3rd July - 50 minutes barbell/leg curls (360)

4th July was a rest day but today I have just finished a 55 minute barbell and leg curl workout. Plan to do 10 minutes of Hula Hoop if I can be bothered shortly
