Running. Long run today, 8miles. Tired legs though, so not the easiest!

I did my HIIT - 20 x 30s on 30s off of a mixture of exercises inc jump squats, jump lunges, burpee mountain climbers & high knees...240 cals burned.

Swam for 40 minutes today non-stop (leisurely). Also did a lot of housework, not through choice, but necessity!

I try and do yoga every day. It's suppose to be very good for your mind and body.

I love yoga. I took my sister for company to her first class yesterday and she was surprised at how active it was. Fitness First does Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga and I try and go to their smaller classes. Its really inspiring watching the really advanced one doing hand stands etc

Some walking this weekend, plus two gym classes.
I have a Fitbit flex and have done over 13,000 steps already this morning.
I do gym classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week. Plus I try to walk as much as possible.
