Yoga warm up, 15 mins punching, 3x 8 reps 8kg suitcase lift, 3 x 6 x 2 8kg lunges, warmdown.
Would have lifted heavier weights, but our house was burgled & the thieves (incredibly) stole some of our weights!!!

I played football with my boys. I'm making it a goal to introduce more running after the ball. 2000 steps approx but will probably end up going out for another kick about later.

6 miles run yesterday, (1m warm-up, , 4m tempo pace, 1m cooldown) 4.5 mile easy run today. 20mins core work.

An hour of body pump this morning and walked home from it through hyde park (pretty) which is about a 25min walk.
My room is 5 flights of stairs from the kitchen and my poor wee legs were crying as I was going up them after so many squats.

I'm a pretty dedicated gym beast (even worked out almost every day on holiday), but htis morning, after a late night with friends, I just woke up far too late for the gym!!!

I was in so much pain yesterday after Saturday morning class even my arms are still sore this morning. Unfortunately I have to be on duty tonight so no gym tonight. I was thinking about doing some exercise videos at home off YouTube but I'm conscious of the noise as the students are studying and my room is above them. Might do it anyway lol

I was in so much pain yesterday after Saturday morning class even my arms are still sore this morning. Unfortunately I have to be on duty tonight so no gym tonight. I was thinking about doing some exercise videos at home off YouTube but I'm conscious of the noise as the students are studying and my room is above them. Might do it anyway lol The 30 day shred videos are online, they are only 20 minutes and don't need much stomping around which is pretty good!

Todays exercise : Not specific but lots of running around! I've some packing to finish and bits and bobs to get before our flight tonight!
Have packed work out clothes though for a jog/walk!
