45 minutes Wii Fit done so far, going to do some weights again later so will be updating again.
UPDATE: 30 minutes on my multi gym, 300 leg curls included.
I am tired now after that, found it a little hard going on the last set of reps.

I think your exercise levels are pretty good you do something almost every day .. I'm assuming you also do a fair amount of walking too .

Yes I do like walking and I go on my cross trainer sometimes also. With my Wii I like to do the Hula Hoop as it keeps my waist small and helps my hips. Some people think the Wii Fit isn't much of a workout but I find it good for what I need to lose I used to go to classes but I didn't like the trainer (was a nasty piece of work) so I stopped going and now I can manage all at home.

35 minute home gym session. My energy levels are a bit low at the moment and I'm feeling breathless easily, hence the shorter workout. Still managed 360 leg curls though as they are working so I'll do extra Rest day yesterday

I've done 35 minutes on the home gym today - 360 leg curls 30 minutes Hula Hooping on the Wii I'm getting spurred on a lot by the results on my legs, they are really starting to look less "chubby" xx
