Yesterday wasn't so good but I didn't beat myself up! I went on a long hill walk today - took it at a reasonable pace - felt it at the end but was glad I did it and felt better for it - keeping positive too Here's to a good day for us all 2moro x Your walk sound really nice and getting your lungs and heart working a bit extra is always a good thing. I think hill walking is quite tough so well done x

Well food wise lost track. Water was no track. Time to me spot on as my hip feels like it's been kicked. So I'm on more duties until pain bearable when moving. But put 1 on at weigh in.

Well food wise lost track. Water was no track. Time to me spot on as my hip feels like it's been kicked. So I'm on more duties until pain bearable when moving. But put 1 on at weigh in. Are you going to do anything kind to yourself?

Did my gratitude journal. Not quite as good on the positive thinking I might need something a bit easier as I often forget. Might change that a bit.

I had a bad food day yest but altho I was disappointed in me I didn't beat myself up - so that's a plus - again the challenge really brought that about (not the binge - the kind to me bit!). Today I've had a bit of a me-day Hope everyone's enjoying the challenge!

Hope you are all doing well. Felt a bit more positive today. Hope you guys all doing well. I didn't set one of my goals as not weighing but I have decided not to weigh during my 12 days on Exante and I am finding it good.
