Right Ladies and Sprout - Part 2.
21 day challenge starting tomorrow as I think thats a nice number.
Being kind to yourself and loving yourself is the most important part of our journey.
This is not just a weightloss and diet challenge.
I suggest picking 2 personal challenges.
Examples: (Feel free to add a personal one)
Obvious ones
* 21 days on plan of choice
* No scale hopping for 21 days
* Certain amount of steps per day
* Certain amount of water per day
* Cutting sugar/Alcohol etc
Others
* Get out for fresh air everyday
* Be mindful of what goes in your mouth
* Do your hair/makeup everyday ie make yourself pretty in your own way every day
* No guilt - no remorse - get back on plan if you break it
* Stand in front of the mirror naked every day and tell yourself you are beautiful as you are despite the changes you want to make
* Take 5 mins out of every day to take deep breaths and relax
* Commit to a 10 minute exercise video (youtube) daily
* Be kind to yourself
* Reach out to someone everyday even if its a hello to a passing stranger.
Etc etc etc..
So .. if you fancy it .. pick at least 2 things that you can do to make you healthier in mind and body. There are no sorrys or guilt or remorse. You just try your best to be the best version of yourself everyday for the next 21 days...

Woo Woo thanks again Curve - just what I need at the mo! 1. I'd like to lose 10lbs (aiming high but had lots of gains lately so hoping that's achieveable) - will be doing a mix of low carb days and SW 2. Walk a minimum of 30 mins x 5 a week and a workout x 5 a week 3. Have minimum of 1 hour me time a day. Good luck everyone! No weightloss on this one missus... thats just a bonus 😉😉😉😉

Great I am going to join. I think it's good to keep the weight loss separate that way if you are struggling with weight loss you can still keep going with this challenge. Just going to have a little think about what I want to do.

Hee Hee - cos I'm retired I have lots of me time - so I'll say that getting back into exercise/walking will be my me time!

1) I will commit to 21 days
2) I will spend 10 minutes daily exercising (without fail)
3) I will aim for at least a ten pound loss by the 22nd morning
4) I will try to master or at least suppress my Celtic temper!

I don't really feel like being kind to myself right now! I'm really annoyed at the scales! I'll have a proper think overnight but one will be staying off the scales apart from Tuesday as I've already agreed that with my PT.
