I am in for this.
1. Walk for at least 10 minutes every day. 2. Think positive about myself as I am a nice lady. 3. Stick to plan every day but get back on immediately if I slip off. 4. 2 pints of liquid other than tea and coffee. 5. Plus TAKE DIABETIC TABLETS PROPERLY EVERY DAY.

I truly believe this is very important.. and even more so that we as women support each other.. as women, as warriors as the world taught us to battle each other.
We are all queens and we are all doing great xx keep it coming.

Ok I'm going to keep it simple. I have a very stressful few weeks coming up starting tomorrow with only 2 members of Staff on each day.
Challenge 1: YOGA. Find time to do 5-10 minutes of neck & shoulder exercise daily Challenge 2: MASSAGE. Find time to use my foot massager for 10 minutes each evening.
I need to hold onto that healthy frame of mind that I found on holiday. Hopefully these pampering sessions will help.(I don't do pampering so big steps for me) x

Great ideas Susie - you're busy so those ideas sound really good - love a bit of yoga but don't do it often enough! Think I'll add that to my challenge - thx for the idea x

May even try it in the garden & pretend I'm near the beach x

Good idea to do yoga in the open air esp with a comfy thick blanket! I've found taking it gently works well - it's relaxing/surprising how quickly our bodies adapt to new positions & flexibility improves. Hope you enjoy and benefit from it. x .

Remind myself that even when I struggle with weight loss, I must remember I have achieved so much more in my life, in all sorts of ways 2. Take advantage of my fresh, safe environment and appreciate it more. Just stand still on the beach and inhale breaths of fresh air at least once a day. Very optimistic post Curvylicious I was going to choose no scale hopping for 21 days then decided I may need to if I restart within 21 days haha

Right mine.
* Get some goddamn sleep ππ (6hrs+)
* Do 2 deep breath sessions a day
* Drink 3ltrs of water (+ 3 Green teas)
* Be more mindful about overworking myself

Great & positive statements there Rosie - think lots of us get our knickers in a twist with this dieting lark (but perhaps not Steve?) So here's hoping everyone who's joined this challenge - keeps it up - but NO recriminations if we don't x
