I've hit my challenges today - went to the funeral - puts life into perspective - so I focussed on the important stuff not the cr*p that I sometimes get hung up about Hope you're all happy with your day.

Stuck to mine today too. Even played with a 3yr old boy in the cafe. That is because I am a nice lady . Didn`t even weigh myself this morning. I cannot type either. Took me ages to do this.

Hello 🙋♀️ As I'm not in bed and awake I made it for launch day. 🤔🤔 So here goes ... I'm in and I promise to.. 1. Drink more than 2 litres a day. (Done) 2. Be mindful of what goes in my mouth. Have measured everything to day as needed to get back on plan. 3. Take 5 mins a day to take deep breaths and relax. Will do this before bed.
Well done to you guys for starting and completing day 1 xx

Thoughts for the day.
Do you ever feel "less than" or not enough, that you are undeserving?
Low self esteem, lack of self praise and negative thoughts breed depressive thoughts and actions.
Good deeds and good intentions start at home.
Be proud of yourself for the little things, thank yourself for small wins and you set yourself up for the bigger tasks.
People who feel their worth tend to not allow people to bully or take advantage of them. People who feel self love expect to be treated as well as they treat themselves.
Aim high as much as you can each day to be the best version of yourself.
As i have said. Self love/self care leads to happiness, happiness leads to weightloss. Not the other way around.
Keep er lit ladies. You got this 👍

Well done everyone.
I didn't manage to start the challenge yesterday. I have done the neck & shoulder yoga today although I had to modify it a tad cos there was no way I was going to be able to wrap my arms around each other the way the tutor did ha ha. Will make sure I use the foot massage this evening x

Think we need to do yoga at our own pace Susie - I find I'm pretty flexible with some postures and less so with others - but when we take it slowly - it's surprising how we improve after a short while - are you doing it from YouTube/dvd/or a class? Did you enjoy it?

1. Walk for at least 10 minutes every day. .......... Done 2. Think positive about myself as I am a nice lady. .... most of the time. 3. Stick to plan every day but get back on immediately if I slip off. ........Stuck to plan 4. 2 pints of liquid other than tea and coffee. ..... 1/2 pint to go 5. Plus TAKE DIABETIC TABLETS PROPERLY EVERY DAY......... All taken

I sound so limber don't I ha ha. I felt a good stretch so hopefully it will help and I really need to work on my posture xx
