Welldone guys day 2 done and dusted.lol
I managed all of mine today.
Was in work early so I sat omn the breakroom for 5 mins on my own with a coffee. Heaven. Might do that again tomorrow.

1. Walk for at least 10 minutes every day. .......... Done 2. Think positive about myself as I am a nice lady. .... most of the time. 3. Stick to plan every day but get back on immediately if I slip off. ........Stuck to plan 4. 2 pints of liquid other than tea and coffee. ..... 1/2 pint to go 5. Plus TAKE DIABETIC TABLETS PROPERLY EVERY DAY......... Yesterday wasn't so good but I didn't beat myself up! I went on a long hill walk today - took it at a reasonable pace - felt it at the end but was glad I did it and felt better for it - keeping positive too Here's to a good day for us all 2moro x
