I have been keeping up with my walking but cannot remember the steps I've done for the days I have not been online so I will have to be more stringent with the diary keeping on here otherwise I will be getting told off from Steve and also getting on my own nerves as I like to keep a record. Lazy bum me will have to get online and get updated every day |

I only count my steps on my walk and my daily routine steps are a over and above bonus good luck today and everyone else that's marching today |

Another 10000 tonight but my feets kaput I went into the Golf course and walked around the inside on the soft grass but it was still a struggle
