Ah Doreen - hope you feel better soon xx I was feeling better by last night but I felt rough again today and had sugar problems. No walking out today - again - must go tomorrow. Indoors so far I have done 1468 steps. It is amazing how it adds up just indoors.

Did an hour and a half walk yest in a hilly wood - went with a friend - chatting all the way - so it needn't seem tough (except the inclines xx

Nice to see you ladies have been keeping this thread going in my absence! I've been doing well with my walking and have managed to do my 30 minutes daily.

Eventually started my walking chest still bunged up but got 10000+ steps in this morning a nice wee starter good luck everyone else today

Did u walk those all at once - I've read that 10k steps = 5 miles - either way that's great esp by this time of the day you must be a fitter erse than u make out to be!

Tuesday I walked 30 minutes half of it with heavy shopping (did not help my neck.
The whole day came to 3050 steps.

ok I won`t Didn`t go out walking today just had a look at a couple of shops by the hairdressers. Even so I have done 2270 steps. Amazing really. If my head ok I am going to cut the grass tomorrow, weather permitting, that should moount up a bit.

I am going to - hopefully - cut my grass tomorrow. It is not very big but will be interesting to see how many steps it is.
