Did mine friday, saturday, sunday. Monday is my gym rest day - may do 2 sets tomorrow instead. Maybe.

Thanks SC, it's good to be back! I've started with 10 minutes today as it's really made my arms ache, so I will up it by 5 minutes per day until I'm back up at 20-30 mins. Don't want to over-do it on the 1st day back
What is IYSWIM? I'm a bit dense, ha ha
