I am now days behind. OH stopped me going to the gym yesterday & today I woke up with a headache from hell, so 2 further days behind. Let's see if I can manage it tomorrow & then I'm off on hols on Saturday horribly early I the morning.
I was doing so well until now too!

Double session this morning, which is the last before I go on holiday. I'm taking my gym kit with me - lets see if I can use them!
22/25 done this month.

Quickie update: been to the gym twice on holiday so far & done 4 arms sessions, so current total for November running at 26/29! Not bad....89%. One day to go - can I do better?

OK - so it can. Hey ho Operation "Shift it" for me - after Monday I needed to lose 9 lbs by 24th December. Still 7 lbs to go!

Well done SC - I might try and work out how on earth to do these exercises sitting down without hurting myself. I really did feel that they were helping - not only my bingo wings but my tummy felt better too. Don;t suppose I'll get that benefit when sitting down though
