Gosh you're doing well if you're doing double sessions. I have noticed some effect from doing the exercises - actually I think my shoulders have developed too, which is quite funny given her comment about that at the beginning of the video. I was too tired to get up this morning for my usual pre-work gym session, after a sleepless night, so I might lock my office door later & do them!!

Your shoulders will develop if you use more than 2-3 lb weights, and I think you're using heavier than that!

Ah & I am now one day behind. I am on 10/11, with 2 days away in front of me when I can't realistically see catching up - or in fact doing it at all. Hmm. Must work out a catch u plan. I WILL do better this month!

Ugh - on 10/15 currently. Can I even catch up? I cab do doubles at the weekend, for sure, which buys back 2 occasions, but not sure I can fit doubles in in my morning pre-work session, unless I get up earlier, which is an unattractive prospect - particularly given that I didn't get up at all this morning to even go to the gym.....Funny how snuggling in a warm bed seemed more appealing.

Just do it once a day SC - you're still doing it which is a lot better than me. Still can't do it sitting - it still hurts my back even when I really tense my core. Still can't do it standing - well I can't bleddy stand properly so no chance of doing exercises.

Clearly concentrating on the knee makes more sense at the moment.

Well, I did get up a little earlier this morning & managed to fit 2 arms sessions into my gym session this morning! So, I am now on 12/16! Only 4 behind....
