I haven't done it for days - just not feeling the love for any sort of exercise at the mo.

We all know that feeling Bev, a few days off won't harm x

It's more than a few days though Lisa. I haven't done it since 18th when my knee finally gave way! I can't stand up and weirdly it hurts my back to do them sitting down.

Well in that case Bev it's best that you do not do them. It's pointless hurting yourself or risking further injury over it. I am sure once you feel stronger with your knee you will get back into it.
Are there not any much gentler exercises or stretches you could do? I do hope your knee feels better soon x

Pomm, it's definitely not worth increasing any of the pain you are in at the Moment. Get back to it when the knee is solved.
CLegs - well done! And fabulous to get a compliment too. Nice Motivation to continue
So, I'm fiishing the month at 19/31 - p'ss poor effort, and only 61%. Will try harder for November.

Great news Pom & definitely worth continuing then. Well done. 70% is a pretty good standard too. It's also very nice when other people notice and comment positively. I'm just off for Day 1. I need to work out my stats for last month. Right, just checked how many posts I recorded on here & apparently I did 20/30. So, 66%. I'm a little surprised it's not more given my gym routine, so maybe I forgot to post some days! Might be right though, so I'm setting Oct target to beat that. Whoops.....
November WILL be better.

My total for November has been paltry! I was doing fine up to 18th but ended up at only 12/31 = 38.7% I'm going to try and do them from a stool and try to make sure I don't use my back.

I suspect the key is to ensure you hold your core tight. This is easier to do Standing of course, but if you can do it sitting then it should save your back.

OK, new month, new Resolution. November will be better! I have to get over 69% - that's the target.
Day 1 done, so 1/1!!

Go you! Thinks it's just you and me here at the mo! I'm still here in my thoughts Bev, I'm just trying to cut down on my internet use as I spend way too much time online which eats in at other things I need to do! I'm keeping up with the challenge, I am still doing double sessions so it takes me about 20-25 minutes to finish it but it's good as it's working. I've done 1/2 as I had a day off yesterday to rest up as I was aching so I'm back on it today. How are you both anyway? xx
