Thanks for the info ladies, I think I'll have to build up the walking a bit first then try and find some sort of lightweight concrete bra and girdle or I'll end up with black eyes and knees!!! I suppose nothing that's worth doing is ever easy...

Panache sports bras are the best I think. I'm a 32f and panache bras are comfy and keep the bosom nice and still when exercising!

I'm going to join you too. My goal is to run for 30mins on my treadmill for now. I know road running is more difficult, but this is a start. I'm at 4 mins out of 30 at the moment. I have a fair way to go ! But I will get there My last weigh in was 18st 6lbs. I need to get a couch to 5k app I think Any suggestions?

You can get things like run keeper and programme the intervals yourself but better to get the official one as everything is right there for you and ready to use!

I use the NHS one and am now on week 8 running 28 mins non stop. Watch the timings though, sometime I found that when the screen on my iPod or iPhone switched off, the clock would stop counting. Mostly affected the warm up but definitely meant a couple of runs were longer than they should of been!

I need to get back into my running, I started C25K about 3 months ago and got up to week 6 then had a really bad cold/flu and didnt run for 2 weeks, tried running again after that and found it really hard, ive not been out running again since, im thinking of restarting again but start at week 3 maybe, I did enjoy it!

Can i join you peeps please. Im doing the c25k well actually the c210k its the same but to 10k and its the same as the nhs. Ive never run in my life couldnt handle it but have been giving out water in the last 3 london marathons and have marathon fever... anyway ive bit the bullet and put my name forward for the 2016 london marathon i am currently shuffling along on week 7 of the app and i love it. I love the time with my music and no one else. I am currently 14+ stone and just hoping it will get easier by next april. I have a lot of faith this time shifted my focus from weight loss to fitness so wish me luck...

Hi, mind if I join? I started C25K in April. My next run is week 7 run 2. I was going to run tonight but after eldest daughter's parents night it was to late to eat and run. So tomorrow it is. I'm using the NHS app and love Laura's encouragement but I'm beginning to think what next. Keep running for 30 minutes/5k and try and increase speed or start looking at 10k. I want to have a plan to make sure I don't give up.

Hope u enjoy it Marge. its the same as the c25k. I only preffered that one cos the app didnt keep crashing when i played music too.
Fuzzy the c210k is a good one to continue with it just continues from the c25k really depends what your looking for speed or not. I would rather be able to increase my running time than work on running faster. I feel running for longer would be more of a benefit to me fitness wise. (Plus obviously my altimate goal would be completed 26.2miles!)
