Day 4 done! Actually done 19 minutes of it earlier too, but my phone kept ringing and I was worried it was an emergency, so stopped to answer it and by the time my conversation was over, I had cooled down, so decided to start again. Found it easier tonight, so upped the weights for a few of the moves. Looking forward to tomorrow!

Day 5 done! Found some of the cardio slightly easier tonight, managed to complete a couple of rounds of jumping jacks, which I usually struggle with! I took photos at the start and done more last night, as I thought I could see some changes. My waist has gone in slightly, and I can see some abs for the first time ever! I've only lost 1 lbs so far though.

Day 6 done! Found the cardio so much easier tonight. Managed to do every round of it without stopping. So pleased by that!! Still struggling with some of the strength and abs moves though. Hopefully I can master them by the end of Level 1. 4 more days to go before moving on to Level 2. That really scares me lol!

Day 7 done! Found it a whole lot easier today, and unlike in the past, I'm not finding it boring at all yet! Took some more photos today and can really see some difference already! I've lost most of my back fat! Hoping it'll all be gone by then end! My waist and thighs are looking slimmer too, and my belly overhang(bleurgh) has actually lifted quite significantly!! So chuffed!

Well I did day 1! My thighs are killing me think I was a bit too optimistic after yesterdays c25k. I'm not sure if I'm doing it quite as it should be but as someone said before something is better than nothing. Will try again Saturday.
