I've not done it since day 6/30 lol which was Wednesday. I'm doing 7am starts too and with my job ( on my feet all day ) clubbercise training, cardio classes a I prob won't get back to it till Thursday... Eeek! Sorry for letting the side down. I'm just knackered xxx You are not letting the side down chick !! Sometimes life just takes over, and if you are doing other exercise, all is good

My bike is more like a toddlers 3 wheeler bikes haha! Level 3 isn't online so gonna have to do 15 days level 1 and 15 days level 2 instead of 10 of each! X

Hi I came to a standstill this week there has been no shred (hangs head in shame) I will be restarting every otherday on Tuesday. May stick to level 1 for a while too. Keep going everyone have a lovely week. x
