Only did it twice this week, will try and do number 3 tomorrow. I guess I'll start with three times a week for now as realistically I'm too tired to do it every morning.

Today will be 5/30for me... I should have made a note over how many days too.... I might have to count that now as I have been fairly inconsistent in doing this

I was the same Lexie. After the chiropractor on Thursday I was overcome by tiredness and ended up sleeping for 3 hours ! And I have not done it since. I have today though And I feel do much better for having done it 5/10/30 done !!

Just done my 5(6)/30 hubby joined me again, let him use my weights so I had to use bottles of water, way easier lol if he's gonna carry on we r gonna need more weights ASAP lol x

I've not done it since day 6/30 lol which was Wednesday. I'm doing 7am starts too and with my job ( on my feet all day ) clubbercise training, cardio classes a I prob won't get back to it till Thursday... Eeek! Sorry for letting the side down. I'm just knackered xxx
