Shred done I have lost where I am with it now as I have been not doing it more than I have been doing it I have marked today's shred on my calendar. Later I am going to do my c25k and mark that on there too I shall count up at the end of the month what I have done If I get myself into a bit of a good routine with exercise all will be good I'm aiming for 5 good exercise sessions a week. At least 45mins long each session Oh and 10000 steps a day

Another day on level one done I haven't been too good on this recently. My aim is to do 7 consecutive days to start with. I only am managing 2 or 3 then nothing for 4 or 5 days. If I change nothing in this, then nothing will change in how I look or my weight. Time to make small changes then join up the dots So 7 consecutive day shred is my start I'm sure the rest will follow

Hey everyone, I started the 30 DS today after much procrastination! I had good results in the past, despite never completing the entire 30 days! I go on holiday in just over 4 weeks and would like to tone up a bit and lose as much as possible before then. I have a few health problems, so I plan to do a modified version in the hope that it'll be better than nothing. After completing Day 1 Level 1, it certainly made me sweat anyway lol! Day 2 done. I'm not sure how much benefit I'm getting from doing this with modifications. I wasn't as sore today as I was when I did this workout in the past. I did feel the burn and sweat bucketloads both times though. Tonight my wee pup was getting involved too! She messed up my push ups by licking my face and going underneath me and then it seemed like she was copying me. So funny lol!

Day 3 done. I'm feeling very proud of myself, as this is the first real exercise I've done in a few years due to struggling with fibromyalgia/ME and some nerve and muscle damage following a double mastectomy and reconstruction. I'm not expecting the massive results others get, due to my modifications, but I'm just fitting into a size 14 at the moment, and would love to be a proper 14 by my holiday in 4 weeks time. Would also like to look a bit more toned by then. Bring on day 4 lol! x
