My exercise today was Salsafit. Great fun and 360 calories. I usually burn off 400 calories but I was 5 minutes late for class! Much slower to move today after all the walking yesterday.

I'm doing a Zumba class at 10:30 and i'm going to try do another one this evening . Yesterday i did a fitsteps and a fitbox class

Spinning today .. 45 mins plus 30 mins stretches - before and after. Kcal burn 554.

Did 2 hours at gym. 1 1/2 hour on the weight machines (slow today), and 30 minutes of cardio. Hope I don't wake up wrecked tomorrow (on Lipotrim TFR)
