OOOh I'm in ok so now for my pledges : 1)Stick to plan for 21 days straight. 2) Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. (When I read the no scale hopping, I literally freaked - NO WAY! Those of you doing that one have my ultimate appreciation, you are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BRAVE ! ) Im the one contemplating the no scale thing... i may fail. Badly 😂😂😂 Huge welcome!!

Admiration for even considering the no scale challenge Curveappeal ! Although I am a fairly laid back person who thrives on challenge, the thought of not having my trusty friend/arch enemy (depending on the result), not there to greet me in the morning fills me with dread !

I'm having a good day 1 too. Did my Fast day and I have walked 14,250 steps! Which I was surprised about but I did take baby c for 3 walks today.

Day one complete and have stuck to plan. Just having a green tea before bed. Going for a long walk tomorrow as not done my 30 minutes today.
I couldn't go 2 days without weighing, I'm obsessive so good luck to anyone who manages it. It would be good to see a big loss at the end of the 21 days though.

Having one more tea tonight That's 3 will check scales Tonight then that's me for the rest of challenge no more scales looking to loose 21 lb in 21 days anything less will be a disaster

* 21 days on plan of choice - slimmimg world
* Take 5 min each day for me.
* Go to the gym when not going to club or on a shift more than 10 hours.
