Right Ladies and Sprout.
21 day challenge starting tomorrow.
This is not just a weightloss and diet challenge although thats a part of it.
I suggest picking 2 personal challenges.
Examples: (Feel free to add a personal one)
Obvious ones
* 21 days on plan of choice
* No scale hopping for 21 days
* Certain amount of steps per day
* Certain amount of water per day
* Cutting sugar/Alcohol etc
Others
* Get out for fresh air everyday
* Be mindful of what goes in your mouth
* Do your hair/makeup everyday ie make yourself pretty in your own way every day
* No guilt - no remorse - get back on plan if you break it
* Stand in front of the mirror naked every day and tell yourself you are beautiful as you are despite the changes you want to make
* Take 5 mins out of every day to take deep breaths and relax
* Commit to a 10 minute exercise video (youtube) daily
* Be kind to yourself
* Reach out to someone everyday even if its a hello to a passing stranger.
Etc etc etc..
So .. if you fancy it .. pick at least 2 things that you can do to make you healthier in mind and body. There are no sorrys or guilt or remorse. You just try your best to be the best version of yourself everyday for the next 21 days...

Me me me!!! 21 days on plan but allowing me social events (I.e. If I can't stay within my calorie allowance for them I will get STRAIGHT back on plan afterwards) Only weighing on specified days (15th and end of challenge)

10 minute exercise per day
Massage the legs 5 out of 7 days

Subscribed. Hey, glad you could make it.. are ya gonna pick a few things to do?? Oh right, yeah. I'm not exactly dieting at the moment but focusing on fitness and building muscle so starting the Couch (or in my case, computer chair) to 5K Program tomorrow (today as it's past midnight!) so if I can stick to the program for 21 days I'll be well impressed with myself but I'll also work in the being kind to myself and taking the 5 minute deep breather -- I'll need both after trying to run, LOL.

I am going to join in but I got a bit sidetracked as I can't decide on my diet and that was going to be part of it. I might leave that one open for now and come back to it later. Ideally later today so I can do the full 21 days! Going to try to do 8000 steps most days. Instead of beating myself up if things are not done perfectly I will stop and say well done to myself if things go Ok.
