Hiya!!! I'm having my 5X a week gym for the full 21 days. AND urrrrm really struggling with my second. Hmmmm I'll think about it this morning and report back ha x Whats your second one pretty lady ??

I'll do it. I'll give it some thought in the course of today and decide which specific things I'm going to undertake to do. For me at the moment it will be positive self image kind of things, rather than believing that I can do 21 days on plan on the trot. But I'll be back later with the specifics.... What have you decided??

Deep breathing done. Still got to start the running program today, just downloading it. Decided I'm going to give up dairy products for the next 21 days, starting tomorrow. How did you feel after the deep breathing? Has your couch to 5k downloaded yet?

1)Stick to plan for 21 days straight. 2) Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps per day.
(When I read the no scale hopping, I literally freaked - NO WAY! Those of you doing that one have my ultimate appreciation, you are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BRAVE ! )
