I'll do it. I'll give it some thought in the course of today and decide which specific things I'm going to undertake to do. For me at the moment it will be positive self image kind of things, rather than believing that I can do 21 days on plan on the trot. But I'll be back later with the specifics....

Yay another challenger! Yes do something you should be able to stick to but just need a little push to focus on. It doesn't have to be sticking to plan at all.

Deep breathing done. Still got to start the running program today, just downloading it. Decided I'm going to give up dairy products for the next 21 days, starting tomorrow.

I`m in.
I want to stay on plan each day. Got a couple of things coming up so may not do the 21.
I think some walking is called for each day - not too much but at least 10 minutes every day.

I'm with you all. Will only be able to do 20 days as I'm off out on the 28th but will be committed to: Sticking to exante for 20 days and 30 minutes exercise 3 days a week. Excited for the challenge. Good luck everyone

It's not going to be easy, especially the first week, but if you're going to do it you really need to give it 2 or 3 weeks in order to see whether it has any positive effects so I'm going to go for it. Need to know if dairy is adversely affecting me. I have a sneaking suspicion it is......because I like it so much. Got soya milk and spread in as well as dairy free cheese spread and yogurt to make it as pain-free as I can.
