Stuck to Exante No milk 10 minutes exercise.(cross trainer) In bed by midnight. Hope I'm not tossing and turning for the next few hours x

I'm having a good day 1 too. Did my Fast day and I have walked 14,250 steps! Which I was surprised about but I did take baby c for 3 walks today. Well done wee radgeworks I'm starting 5km a day tomorrow getting ready for Saturday

Having one more tea tonight That's 3 will check scales Tonight then that's me for the rest of challenge no more scales looking to loose 21 lb in 21 days anything less will be a disaster Good luck Steve I think you might be able to do 21lb. Don't forget to get to bed I'm giving it a try tonight

Day 2.. lots of great plans and goals from everyone.. lovely to see some mental ones in the mix too.. woke up late again but i think im gonna try do the 5 mins deep breathing everymorning from tomorrow..
