Is everyone alive??? Hahaha here Miss! Chaotic disorganised night due to the bomb scare in the city centre! I wouldn't want to be the person who left their car where they shouldn't have. I promised Abi to go bowling when she come home from school before her swimming lesson. Five minutes later my Facebook was full of evacuation stories! The whole night has been trying to get her to forget!!!

Well done Curve and LP and I'll include Laura - I'm sure you'll have had a great challenge day too altho your day sounds v tough! Oh no last thing you need is a bomb scare but glad it turned out to be just a badly parked car. Loads of police around here the last few days - might be meant to reassure us but I keep wondering if there's a prob somewhere!
I've had a busy day - not long got in - found it ok to stick to the food plan, walked over 10k steps and make up was on early and topped up during the day - so I'm happy with that! xx

I was a carb fiend! I had Bulgar Wheat for lunch, Jack potato for tea and then I ate allll the meringues. I felt absolutely GROSS all night and woke up with a sugar hangover!

Hope everyone's on track or sort of anyway - the heat's helping me to drink more and eat less but that flipping sweet stuff's always a temptation - so won't claim a successful day yet! x

Food hasn't been ideal because I didn't sleep last night, so I didn't get up at 5:30 for the gym so I couldn't have my planned breakie. THEN I thought we had an early finish at 12:30 but it was a typo and was actually 2:30 haha so I was starving and was a little picker. Just been to the gym and SMASHED it. So at least that's something!

Food on plan - didn't do a walk today - but been doing tough jobs in the garden - shattered! No make up tho but did do my nails - hopw everyone's had a good day and will have a great weekend - know you'll be v busy Curve but hope it goes well - nearly there on the challenge now x

Curvy is it day 21? Or is that tomorrow? I haven't done great on food this challenge but I think my steps have been good and positive attitude did improve a bit.

We have come to the final day of our 21 day "Love, Forgive and Accept Yourself" challenge.
(Ps sorry i havent been on much the last few days.. brain was otherwise occupied by accounting schtuff lol)
This challenge was aimed at combatting the negativity that surrounds dieting and self image.
To try every day to accept the fact that you are human and you will make mistakes and that its ok, that it does not make you "less than"
We each picked little things to do everyday (or as much as we could) to aid in this journey.
I hope you all felt some benefit from it and maybe we could do something similar in the not to distant future.
Ill not be on much tomorrow as ill be travelling but i would love to see your thoughts on the challenge and how it made you feel,
Well done lads... you guys are epic
