Definitely over calories but made sensible (ish) choices. Hubby decided we were going out for food after I'd had a 3 course meal 😩

You'll only fail if you go into sod it mode and carry it on tomorrow. You cant change what has happen is in the past, what you chose to do tomorrow is up to you and for your future. Xx

Hi. Can't say been on 100% since last post. Been doing silly hours at work so no Gym. Then yesterday 9 hours gardening with dad. My me time is now reading a book in bed. But food has been on plan. 😆

To all fellow challenges - despite our misdemeanours we are all still here and holding ourselves to account for the (in my case) Crème Brulee or chocolate fix - because we are human and a little pleasure doesn't make us bad, just normal. So be proud that everyday we renew our resolve and most days we make it. xx
So now for my news ............
1) Stayed on plan. 2) Step count exceeds 11k today and My trusty scales delivered me a 3lb loss today so off to update my ticker !!!!!! XXXX

Lovely posts there - v true and supportive! I went to my Zumba class today instead of Weds - food's been perfect cos it's WI in the morning Make up - tick - so a rare 100% challenge day for me! Here's to a good one for us all 2moro! x

Good luck all challengers today! I am doing the next 4 days on Exante and keeping my steps up by walking the dog as usual. Need to refocus a bit on the positive thinking.

10/15 is now done! my body is aching soooo bad today AND the air conditioning wasn't on in the gym! Scorchio! Another terrible human being has been baking in my office again today and crikey it looks delicious! haha
