Yes Kate - 2/3 the way done Resist, resist, resist............ I lost 1.5lbs today - will be on hols next week so won't be able to make next week's weigh in - but will try hard to complete the challenge till Sunday 28th May! Keep going everyone! x

You'll only fail if you go into sod it mode and carry it on tomorrow. You cant change what has happen is in the past, what you chose to do tomorrow is up to you and for your future. Xx thanks Suzy 😘 It's actually the part of dieting I struggle with the most, especially as I'd already been out for a 3 course meal that day (planned) so I was already pushing my upper calorie limit. I did however not eat anything else that night 👍🏻

For the first time in a while I've been able to get straight back on track without beating myself up too much. Calories are under my upper limit with exercise calories not touched, 60 minutes done with my personal trainer this morning and 60 minutes poundfit tonight. And I managed 160 Russian twists and 55 sit ups 😊 Definitely think that swapping to calories was the best thing for me! X

And I managed 160 Russian twists and 55 sit ups 😊 Definitely think that swapping to calories was the best thing for me! X Fabulous xx well done!!!!

Happy with today, I've walked 10km and did a 50 minute strong class. Not sure on calories but happy I made sensible choices! Hope everyone else has had a good day x

When I counted my syns - 11.5 - more than I thought but not stopped all day - done loads of walking - anyway it wasn't too bad! x

Im glad to see a few of you still hanging in there.. doing great..
Got a serious studying bug at 8 last night. So i ate carbs between 8pm and 3am.
I got a mountain of coursework done, like likely a ridiculous amount done, i was on fire and im so pleased.. albeit a wee bit tired haha...
However it will not aid weigh in tomorrow.. (carbs plus pending totm) hahahaha.. ah well.
Onwards and downwards ladies and sprout
On we shall plod!!!
To add to the challenge mantra.. i feel NO guilt or remorse or feelings of self doubt or self loathing. It is what it is.
Thats what i want for all of yee x
