Here we are for October. I know we still have some time but thought I would get it ready so those that weigh early in the week can post for october.

I will get in early on this one Doreen as my new challenges on myself have started today and my last set have become a complete wash out (typical)
I think I will put myself down for 4lbs so it's a pound a week and see how I manage with that. If I get the 4lbs before the end of October I will change my target accordingly. I simply MUST try harder this month. It seems I say this every month then just fluctuate.

Have spread us out just a little bit not too much. I losr 2.1/2 for end of sept so have now put a target of 5lbs for October. Thank goodness my weekend away comes after last weigh in day.
