Wow Dark Chocolate - you've done well to maintain for so long - it's not an easy thing to do! I got to target in April this year but after 4 weeks of hols in the summer I'm 3.5lbs over my target - but going to class each week and hope to lose it before too long! xx

If I'd known that sw had just changed the rules about not having to weigh for up to 8 weeks I may have hung it out? I know what you mean about the holidays and scale damage...I had an all exclusive in April and then half board in July...gallops on but so hard to get it off again! Keep going...we can all do it!! xx

Oooh I didn't know that it had changed to 8 weeks for WIs - also read on here that SW consultants must now give 1-1 support to ppl whose weight is upndowning - don't think I'm really in that category now but v handy for those that are. As you say - we just need to keep on going.... xx
