Ah glad you signed up. I always say the worst thing is not to get weighed. I didn`t practice what I preached 3or4 weeks ago and put on even more by the following Friday.
It can be hard eh?

It was a very surprising half a pound off for me this week, taking me back to the top end of my Target Range, and I haven't been there since the beginning of December 2015!

I went to group today but didn't weigh...with warmer clothes instead of a summer dress, I would have been 1/2lb over range so decided against it. I'll just have to try harder this week to compensate with that issue.
