I'll join in with this also. I will aim for 4lbs off as that's what I need to do to get to 14st - then after that I am going to get into the 13's. Feeling a bit sick of myself. I exercise for at least 1 hour to 90 mins every day and I'm still maintaining. I eat sensibly so I don't know what's going on. I don't feel like I can cram any more exercise into my day, what I do already takes enough time and effort up.
So I'm going to try mega hard this month!

The stats for successful weight loss is Diet is 80% Exercise 20% Also I loss nothing if I exercise too.. I'm not doing exercise till I'm at target xxx

I do not want to start with a gain so I will start Friday next week. I do not want to be running to try and catch up.
I have not been successful either Chardonnay. Who knows, maybe this month - for me if I do not count tomorrow.
