I'll join in with this also. I will aim for 4lbs off as that's what I need to do to get to 14st - then after that I am going to get into the 13's. Feeling a bit sick of myself. I exercise for at least 1 hour to 90 mins every day and I'm still maintaining. I eat sensibly so I don't know what's going on. I don't feel like I can cram any more exercise into my day, what I do already takes enough time and effort up. So I'm going to try mega hard this month! Bear in mind. The stats for successful weight loss is Diet is 80% Exercise 20% Also I loss nothing if I exercise too.. I'm not doing exercise till I'm at target xxx Thanks Curve, I'll keep it in mind and try to change my tactics xx

I did put on the expected 4lbs. Was going to start challenge next week but have decided the only person I am cheating is me. Here goes then

Hi - I'm late joining the party cos I've been on hols - gained 8lbs over 4 weeks - surprised it's not more to be honest - so want to lose that to get back into my Slimming World target range - but don't expect that to happen this month - let's hope we all do well.
