I haven't updated this for myself - I am fluctuating between 2lbs on and off but I have lost 1lb since the start of this so I will put that down. I'm hoping for a bigger loss this week after being stricter with myself
Shoebedoo Target 10lbs - 2.lbs lost - 8 lbs to go Wednesday
NannyDoreen Target 4 lbs - 5.1/2 gain-minus 1.1/2 . - 8lb t o go. FRIDAY
Cat - Target 5lb (0lb lost - 5lb to go) - SATURDAY
Digglesmum - Target 5lb - 0lb lost - 5lb to go. WEDNESDAY
Upndown - Target to maintain - lost 1lb & within my Slimming World target range - TUESDAY
Chardonnay - Target 4lbs - 1lb Gained/0.5lbs lost - 4.5lbs to go - Thursday
Carrie - target 5lbs - 4lbs gained/lost 1.5lbs - 7.5lbs to go SATURDAY
Chubby Legs - target 4lbs - 1lb lost - 3lbs to go FRIDAY
