Hi - I had a 2.5lb gain this week after my break last week - ok with that as I enjoyed myself but I'm still within target and hope to lose that gain in the next fortnight! It was a 0.5lb loss for me this week!
Shoebedoo Target 10lbs - 2.lbs lost - 8 lbs to go Wednesday
NannyDoreen Target 4 lbs - 5.1/2 gain . - 9.1/2 lbs to go. FRIDAY
Cat - Target 5lb (0lb lost - 5lb to go) - SATURDAY
Digglesmum - Target 5lb - 0lb lost - 5lb to go. WEDNESDAY
Upndown - Target to maintain - gained 2.5 lbs but still within target (just )
Chardonnay - Target 4lbs - 1lb Gained/0.5lbs lost - 4.5lbs to go - Thursday
Carrie - target 5lbs - 4lbs gained - 9lbs to go SATURDAY
Chubby Legs - target 4lbs - 0lbs lost - 4lbs to go FRIDAY

Well done Droeen esp good as you weren't expect a loss at all Sorry to read you've had a gain Chardonnay - it is hard to get back on plan once we've had social stuff going on - why is food so irresistible???!! Hope you can get back on plan and see those pounds rolling away soon! Just noticed you're not far off your target - so I'm sure you're looking and hopefully feeling good - at that stage I felt more comfortable and somehow had less incentive to lose more - hope you find some motivation soon xx

Sorry Upndown, I wrote gain not loss, that it was...lol
I got to Target originally at the end of July 2011, and effortlessly maintained for 3.5 years, never once going outside of the Target range, but since the beginning of 2015 I have been bobbing in and out of the top range, which as you say, as I am comfortable with how I look and feel, I have less motivation to get back there, but, going to really try this month to do so!
