Thx - I'm trying to be careful - I can't bear to go backwards and anyway I've only got clothes that fit me know - so it's either sticking to the plan or going round naked - not a pretty sight Hope your tricky week goes well xx

Not a good way to start a month with a 5.1/2lb gain. Have been away with the family in a caravan with a kitchen in a corridor. Had a great time and some lovely food so no complaints. I have a lot to do now this month.

It was a 1lb gain for me last Thursday, but just realised I still have four more weigh in's this month, so, maybe, just maybe, I could finish in style....lol
