Well I ended May exactly where I started, so, still have 2.5lbs to get back into the top of my Target Range, so, once again setting my Target for this month as 4lbs!

Big gain for may so I am starting afresh this week in hopes I get some off again. Only started behaving yesterday so won't expect a big drop. That stupid week next week too which usually slows things...pah!

Trouble is I am also so bad but coming on here does help. No matter what happens just keep going. Oh and Linda, it does not come across soppy Better than a gain Laura. Hope you are happy with it. Doreen - you had a good time with your family so one week enjoying yourself won't wreck your long term plan - you're v good at getting back to the business so just know you'll reduce any gain from your break!! xx
