Hi everyone, For the first time ever I'm going to start my own Exante thread to keep myself accountable, never lasted more than a few days or the weekend arrives and I fall into the weekend I've been yo- yoing for the past 5-6 years nothing works and the only success I did have was with a vlcd so I've decided to do this in mini targets, my first mini target is my birthday in July. And first mini target to reach 18.0 or to get in the 17s . Day 2 and I'm hungry but drinking my water , will be on here a lot as I really need the support Looking forward to getting to know everyone

Diary is a super idea to keep you motivated and accountable. What vlcd have u tried before?
I've done lipotrim. I've tasted a fair few cambridge products too and i did an order of exante ages ago so I have a few of them left so been having a few of them too

Hi pleased to meet you :-), I ve tried CWP, Slim and save to name a few I do like a lot of the exante products so I ve got 2 months worth looking at your stats well done on your loss so far x I really want to do it this time so that s why I ve started this diary , will be spending a lot of time on here I think

Does anyone else get a very grumbly tummy with the water flavourings ? It gets really embarrassing in the office I just find plain water really hard

Thank you for replying curve appeal x I limit myself to 4 teaspoons and every time I ve tried it my tummy is awful really grumbly and windy , I will keep experimenting but a bit hard in a small office . I'm hoping I'll get used to water in time :-)

I just have a very grumbly tum full stop on this plan, and I don't have the flavouring! Good luck with getting going, day 2 done for me.

So at the moment I'm getting comments like " you must be hungry " I'm thinking yes actually I am lol .

Day 3:- so today I will leave out the water flavourings see how my tummy feels , having a blueberry shake for breakfast one of my favourites , I have a few days off work which is a gd thing as I need to not have a grumbly tummy giving the game away lol . Am going to see my sister and travelling by train so have a bar for later and protein and a pack for tonight . Yesterday was hard hope today is easier x

Thank you curve appeal x and kitty x it hadn't been too bad today but I haven't had a lot of water I didn't want to get short whilst travelling also didn't have my bar till 2pm but all settled now and day 3 nearly done :-)
