Day 4:- why is it you never sleep well if your not in your own bed ? It s nice to be away though and my sister and I plan to go to Brighton so I'm having a shake before we go and taking a bar for lunch , I'm thinking if I can crack this diet whilst out of my daily routine I will succeed this time x

Day 5:- sticking to plan but still feeling hungry I think it s hard to stick to plan when I'm not at home but am pleased am sticking to it . Am waiting for the thunder storms to happen that were forecast haven't seen them yet ? Am watching Frozen with my niece at the moment I love Disney :-)

I too am doing 30 days of vlcd (slim and save) and am on day 3 so we're pretty much at the same stage. Enjoy frozen! Can I just ask how you find your losses on exante compared to slim and save? I've been tempted to switch to exante because it's so much cheaper but I was of the opinion that losses were slightly slower than on Cambridge or slim and save? Also do you do the 3 packs a day or 4 packs? I've become quite used to having 4 packs a day on slim and save so I think I'd struggle to do the exante 3 pack a day plan but it would be even cheaper. Would be interested to hear your thoughts as you've done all the same vlcd diets as I have. X

Hi honey welcome lovely to have your support x x I have lost before using slim and save and also exante , but have messed around the last three years putting on and losing the same 2 stone :-( so I am doing my own variation of exante I prefer the products and I am doing 3 packs and having protein as I am doing 10,000 steps a day or trying too so I weigh in on Monday will be interesting to see what my losses will be this time when I get nearer goal I intend to switch to SW x

day 9 of my first 30 days :- was doing so well until say when I felt sad travelled back home and blipped sat and Sunday :-( so normally I would be running away but no I ve picked myself up back on the wagon yesterday and will weigh in Friday/Saturday as if I saw a gain it would be game over and yesterday I managed 40 mins on my exercise bike today I aim to do my 10.000 steps as I didn't manage that once last week .

Hi Greta x good to see you, I did really well for 5 days and then went off it Sat and Sun, back on track yesterday and hope to see some sort of loss on Fri/Sat when I will weigh in :-)
