What packs did you have today KatieRose? Im always obsessed with what others are having!!! I had exante coconut shake for breakfast , exante vegetable soup which was surprisingly nice for lunch and then some chicken and then maple syrup pancakes exante I actually brought a pancake maker and these were really good x

I had the pancakes today too they are really nice. I know it's weird but I thought it was nice sprinkled with a little salt.

I can understand the salt thing lilacpenguin. It's a bit like salt bringing out the sweetness of chocolate. Yum!!!
So week 1 weigh-in shows a 7.5 lb loss. I'm very very pleased with that. Week 2 here we come!!!

Just wanted to say Hi, I started a week ago on TS, had my first weigh in today wheeee, Im only sharing my weight monthly as then there is no self inflicted pressure if I have a bad loss week to share. Going well, super hungry a lot of the time, not sure if real or imagined...!! I might be one of those who needs lower carbs, have done atkins etc and do well on less than 20 a day really but sont want to start tweaking yet.
todays meals have been
almond and cherry bar....I love this bar too much Burgers - first time I have maded them - made last night and took into work for lunch......not bad tonight is either a first time try at sweet and sour or ham, pasta soup thing!!!

Hi Mammabear, welcome to the madhouse! It sounds like you are totally in the zone and are lovely and focussed. It also sounds like you are really pleased with your weight loss today. Well done if I may say?!!! The almond and cherry bar sounds great. Might try that one in my next order. I really must start making a list of those I want to try!

Hi Danders, thanks, sorry for my terrible typing. Yes feeling happy, thank you for the well done, but as I expect to literally be thin a week after starting any diet I am trying to manage myself this time so that I stay slow and steady and dont quit!!
The almond and cherry tastes like marzipan so great of you like that (which I do) but not if you dont. Bought the 84 for £80 so have had a good variety of new things to try in my first week, prefer the food to shakes as liquid meals leave me hungier than ever!
Just wanted to say hi as been hovering for a week. x now back to work - bah

I like most of the Exante food. I think the shakes are less satisfying than the more solid meals, but they do seem to keep you going ok.

So I did an experiment today and had exante products solely and I am not hungry at all. So Kittybling - "thank you". You really are onto something with the low carb thing. I will have to use up the saints and slimmers products somehow though. Perhaps if I looked at the carb values I could manage to eat under the amount. What amount did you think we need to stay under Kittybling?

I d be interested too kitty , danders I have tried quite a few different brands of vlcd and I have to say exante are the ones that satisfy me the most , I prefer their products over saints and slimmers , slim and save and cwp so I'm mainly sticking with their products :-)
