Well done on getting most of your gain off already Food is looking lovely. I love the slim noodles and how filling they are for virtually no calories. Thank you lovely! I know I shouldn't hop on the scales mid-week, but temptation got the better of me lol Hopefully it will motivate me to stay on track over the weekend too. I absolutely love the slim noodles too!! They really are filling and like you say, practically no calories! I have heard mixed reviews on the rice though, and bad things about the pasta. So I'll just stick to the noodles I think lol x

Looks good stevie I'm with you today on a fast x x Ooh, good luck honey!! How's it going? I was starving earlier but feeling okay now that I've had breakfast and lunch. Going round to my besties after work tonight, so that should keep me busy and put me off until tea later xx I'm liking it, I feel more alert and energetic - it suits lifestyle lol - that sounds fun have a good evening x x

Friday 19th June 2015 Feast DayWoop woop, happy Friday diary!! So pleased to see the back end of this week - it's been a long one! I'm looking forward to letting my hair down tonight and having a good old girly night with one of my best friends. Vodka at the ready!! Haven't really got a great deal planned, food-wise, although I'll be trying to keep my food calories pretty low so that I can make room for alcohol tonight lol. Naughty or what Ohh, and an update regarding the scales. I know I shouldn't, but I had another sneaky peek this morning and after my Fast day yesterday they're now showing 11st 12.4lb!! That would be a 4lb loss which would get rid of last weeks gain plus a little more. I'll be more than happy if I can keep that up by Monday!! Must remember not to go too overboard over the next couple of days. Anyway, here goes... Breakfast:- Monster Zero - Tesco "My Fit Lifestyle" Oat & Honey flavoured Mini Cereal Bites Lunch:

I know scale hopping can be a bad thing but I also think it can be a good thing, I did it this morning and I am showing 1.5lb off since weds which is going to keep me going through my fast day today as I know it will be hard! Black coffee and water already started! Have a lovely evening tonight, I do the same I factor in drink calories then plan food if I know I'm going out xx

Monday 22nd June 2015 Feast Day
Morning diary. Wow, Monday again already. The weekends are going quicker and quicker!
I had a bit of a mixed bag weekend. Kind of on plan, kind of not. I didn't really count, but tried not to go too overboard. Anyway, with the hard work I'd put in earlier in the week too, it paid off!! I lost 3.2lb this morning which gets rid of last weeks gain, plus a little extra! More than happy with that
I'm now only 10 weigh-in's away from my holiday and I'm hoping to lose just over another stone (17.2lb) by then, hopefully taking me back down to my lowest of 10st 10lb. There are a few things coming up which could be "danger areas", i.e. my birthday in a couple of weeks, a girls day/night out in York, etc. but I still feel it's achievable at less than 2lb per week.
Haven't really got much planned for today. I'm exhausted and I feel it's going to be another lazy, on the hoof week. But we shall see!
Here goes...
Breakfast: - Monster Zero
Lunch: - Tesco Veggie Sushi Taster - 2 x Babybel Light - Sweet Chilli Baked Kettle Chips - Diet Coke
Dinner (McDonalds): - Sweet Chilli Crispy Chicken Deli Wrap - Medium Fries - 1 x Sweet Curry Dip - Diet Coke

Wednesday 24th June 2015 Feast Day
Good morning diary, happy hump day!! Actually, I'm already more than half way through my week as I'm taking a day off on Friday. Woohooo!!
I wasn't sure about posting on here yesterday until I managed to get things sorted, but I've cancelled my holiday to Fuerteventura. I didn't manage to find anyone who was able to come with me, and I had a bit of a panic attack about it on Monday night and realised that I wasn't really ready to do it on my own. Especially to the same place Warren and I should have been as a couple. I feel like I've been putting a brave face on for the last three weeks, but something really hit me on Monday night when I got into bed and I got myself all upset. Anyway, after a sleepless night, stress and lots of tears I managed to get it cancelled yesterday, and I haven't lost out on any money! Thankfully it was over 70 days until the departure date, so all that was lost was the deposit (£60 each). This is coming out of the money Warren had paid, since it's because of him I've had to cancel in the first place, so I've managed to get my full £610 back. Just waiting on the money being transferred back into my bank account...
Anyway, that all sounds a bit sad. But on the plus side...I'm now going to AMERICA (!!) in four weeks instead - how insane is that!? My mam and dad fly out for a month on 8th July (my birthday), and I'm going to join them for the last two weeks! The first two weeks they're there, they're going to be doing quite a bit of travelling and visiting Graceland, etc. But the last two weeks are going to be a total chill-out, which is perfect for me and just what I need! Besides, I love America and I've not been since I was 18 (almost 6 years ago) so I'm so excited!! I fly from Newcastle to Paris on 21st July and then have a connection from Paris to Miami, where I will meet them. We're staying at the Hilton Boca Raton for a week and then we travel to Key West for the second week. So incredibly excited, and now I really need to start getting myself organised. I need to make a list of toiletries etc. that I need to buy, and I also need to work out if there's anything else clothing-wise that I need to buy. I think I should be okay though.
Exciting times!!
Slightly less exciting is todays food. But this is how today is looking so far...
Breakfast: - Monster Zero - Golden Syrup Oat So Simple Porridge Pot
Lunch: - Tesco Healthy Living Tuna and Sweetcorn Salad with Lemon and Cracked Black Pepper Dressing
Dinner: - TBC!
Snacks / Other: - TBC!
